SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on orders over $350..
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
Standard 7-10 Business Days
Expedited 2-4 Business Days
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kinghollywoodstyles@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday. To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Of course, you can pickup your package at your local facility once it shows available for delivery. I do ship packages to U.S. military personnel stationed abroad and also offer free shipping from APO to another APO.
